Our Returns Policy

If you are not completely happy with your order you can return it within 30 days of receipt for a full refund.

To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be in their original condition and packaging
- Essential oil blends must be unused and unopened
- Proof of purchase is required

To start a return please get in touch via our contact page with your order number and we will guide you through the process.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or something is not right please get in touch via our contact page within 14 days of receipt. Please include a photograph and your order number and we will put it right straight away.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected we will process your refund within 5 to 7 business days. Refunds are issued to your original payment method.

Please note that return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
